Seventi is an AI-powered event marketplace built to solve the chaos of planning events; from finding venues to booking vendors. Think fewer spreadsheets, fewer phone calls, and a whole lot fewer “just following up…” emails.
Problem
Planning corporate or private events is messy. Vendors are hard to find, pricing lacks transparency, and the booking process feels like it was designed by someone who hates humans.
On the vendor side, discovery is inconsistent and lead quality varies wildly.
Seventi aimed to fix both sides with:
AI-driven matching between event planners and vendors
A unified marketplace UI for browsing, filtering, and booking
Workflow tools for managing quotes, communication, and payments
My Role
Short version: everything design from zero to one.
Long version:
Led end-to-end product design for the MVP
Translated a rough PRD into digestible flows, features, and screens
Collaborated closely with founders to define audience, priorities, and workflows
Built the V1 design system
Delivered a complete Figma prototype ready for engineering
Research &
Alignment
Who we’re designing for
Corporate planners juggling multiple vendors
Individuals hosting weddings, birthdays, retreats
Vendors needing qualified leads without the marketing overhead
What mattered most
My job was to carve out the must-haves for a viable launch:
AI-assisted event brief creation
Search + discovery of venues & vendors
Vendor profiles with transparent pricing
Booking workflow and messaging
Light vendor-side tools for managing inquiries
Once aligned, I created a feature roadmap that kept us honest when scope creep knocked on the door.
01 - Establishing the Brand Guide
Defines how the logo is applied to maintain a clear and consistent brand identity.

02 - Defining the Brand Colors
Defines how the logo is applied to maintain a clear and consistent brand identity.

03 - The Complete Brandbook
This brand book aids in keeping the design consistent, cohesive, and uniform through the product.

04 - Key Features
I worked with the founders to establish which features were the most important to launch first to validate with users.
AI Event Brief
A guided flow that translates user inputs into a structured event brief, giving the AI the context needed to personalize search results.

Marketplace Search
A modern discovery experience tailored to real event constraints like capacity, budget, event type, availability, and location. Fast to scan, effortless to filter.

Organizer Dashboard
One of the main features that separate Seventi from it's competitors is the centralized & organized dashboard for Organizers. This is where the Organizers can keep track of all their events, budget, invoices, and docs.

"Alyssa at Daas Design did an outstanding job developing the UX/UI for our new B2B startup. She took the time to truly understand our mission and functionality needs before diving in. And then she worked very collaboratively with us along the way. The final product is fabulous!"
